If you are subsequently connecting from a partner carrier’s flight to another non-partner carrier, you will be required to claim and recheck your bag at the destination of your partner carrier flight.

6. How many passengers can fly on the aircraft?
8 passengers.

7. Can pets travel?
US Helicopter will not transport live animals in the passenger cabin and will not transport animals as checked baggage. US Helicopter will permit dogs only as service animals used by an individual with a disability to accompany such individual in the passenger cabin at no charge. US Helicopter will accept as evidence that an animal is a service animal by the presentation of identification cards, tags or other written documentation; the presence of harnesses or markings on the harnesses, or the credible verbal assurances of the individual with a disability using the animal.

8. What is the procedure if I fly on a non-partner airline?
The helicopter will land at the Delta terminal at JFK and the Continental Terminal C at Newark. If you are connecting to a non-partner carrier in another terminal, upon arrival you will proceed to the other carrier’s gate and repeat TSA screening.

Also, your bags will be checked thru to the final destination of your connecting partner carrier flight. If you are connecting to an airline that is not a US Helicopter partner airline, you will be required to claim your luggage upon arrival, and use public transportation to the appropriate terminal. Once at the terminal, you will be required to check-in and go through security screening prior to catching your onward flight.
